PP scratch resistant Relyon®505 is a particle of ultra-high molecular weight polysiloxane dispersed in polypropylene, which can be used as an additive for polypropylene polymers to improve processing performance and surface effect of products. It is compounded with various scratch resistant additives and can completely replace traditional silicone masterbatch and erucic acid amide. It has a lower price than silicone masterbatch and does not have the problems of precipitation caused by erucic acid amide and surface sticking of the parts.

When 0.2-2.0% is added to polypropylene or similar thermoplastic plastics, the processing performance and flowability of the resin are improved, including good mold filling, reduced extrusion torque, improved internal lubrication and demolding properties, faster discharge speed, and less warping of the product; Adding 2% -10% wt additive will improve surface properties, reduce friction coefficient, and increase wear resistance.

When transporting and storing this product, it should be protected from light, moisture, and stored under low temperature, dry, and ventilated conditions. 25kg cardboard drum or cardboard box, lined with plastic bag, or according to customer specifications.
